Rusatom Energy International Joint-Stock Company

Rusatom Energy International Joint-Stock Company (Rusatom Energy International JSC or REI JSC)
The subsidiary of Rosatom State Corporation established in 2011 to promote Russian nuclear technologies in the international market. Since May 2015 Rusatom Energy International JSC (REI JSC) focuses on management of the overseas projects related to construction and operation of nuclear power plants on terms of shareholders’ membership in project companies.


 

Rosenergoatom OJSC

A Russian Concern engaged in production of electricity at nuclear power plants. Currently, the Concern includes 10 operating nuclear power plants of Russia. It operates 32 power units. As the operator, the Concern is solely responsible for ensuring nuclear and radiation safety at all stages of the life cycle of the NPP.


 


Atomstroyexport JSC



Atomstroyexport JSC is an engineering company of State Corporation “Rosatom” on construction and modernization of nuclear power facilities abroad. The company relies on fifty years of expertise of the experts of the Russian nuclear power industry, who participated in the building of about 30 nuclear power units in Eastern Europe and Finland. It owns reference nuclear power units with new-generation VVER reactors (Tianwan NPP in China). Atomstroyexport JSC carries out activities in Iran, India, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Turkey, and Czech Republic. It plans to build new nuclear power units in China, India, Belarus, Vietnam, Armenia, Czech Republic, and Jordan, and participate in the construction of the second line of the Khmelnitsky NPP (located in Ukraine) and in other projects.


 

InterRAO-WorleyParsons LLC

The shareholders of WorleyParsons Energy Services LLC are: «Intel Energo Services Ltd.» (Malta), possessing 51%, and «WorleyParsons EA Holding Pty Limited» (Australia), possessing 49%. The main task consists of implementing high technologies in the field of electric power engineering, implementation of projects in the field of traditional electric power with gradual transition from oversight functions and conceptual studies to a full cycle of design and construction management and implementation of projects using renewable energy sources.


 


Atomenergoremont OJSC

Atomenergoremont OJSC is an enterprise engaged in maintenance, repair and reconstruction of nuclear power plants. It has branches at Russian nuclear power plants. Atomenergoremont performs a full range of work from design and manufacture of modern equipment for repairs to large and demanding repair work on all equipment and pipelines of NPP. It has its own design and technological centers, and educational institutions for training of personnel.


 

 

Atomtekhenergo OJSC

 

JSC Atomtekhenergo is a specialized engineering enterprise. It performs start-up work and tests during the commissioning of new nuclear power units, supports the operation of existing nuclear power units and trains the operating personnel for existing power units and those under construction.
