Anastasia Gennadievna Zoteeva, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors

Ms. A.G. Zoteeva graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University specializing in ‘Applied Mathematics’. She was engaged in research on ‘Applied Mathematics’ in the Eastern Europe Economics Institute in Stockholm (Sweden). She occupied various leadership positions in Brunswick Warburg Corporate Finance JSC, Zenit Bank and Renaissance Capital Investment Group. In 2000 Ms. A.G. Zoteeva was appointed Director General of NIKoil Management Company. Following the reorganization, in 2005 she became CEO of URALSIB Financial Corporation. And in 2007 she headed Rusenergoinvest, Russian Investment Company. In 2012 Ms. A.G. Zoteeva joined the management of Rusatom Energy International (REIN JSC, former Rusatom Overseas JSC) as Executive Vice-President – Director for Business Development and Sales. Her duties included management and coordination of activities related to analysis of potential markets and creating of effective integrated product and service offerings of Rosatom; she managed the company’s products abroad, including Rosatom SC shareholders’ involvement in construction of Hanhikivi 1 NPP in territory of Finland. In 2016 Ms. A.G. Zoteeva was appointed the CEO of REIN JSC.

 

 



Fuad Akhundov, Deputy chairman of the Board of Directors

A graduate of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and the Business School at the University of Texas, holds degrees of the Japan Center for International Finance and the Joint Vienna Institute of the IMF. Fuad Akhundov started his career in 1986 at the Ministry of Defense of the USSR, where he held various positions, including Head of Research Sector in Special Construction Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. From 1991 he held various positions at the State Committee for Economy and Planning and in the Administration of the President of Azerbaijan. From 1993 he worked in the banking system as the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Azerbaijan. Headed the group at negotiations with the IMF and the World Bank and developed the structure of the first IMF loans received by the country. Was one of the founders of the Currency Control Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 1995 to 2001 held a position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA). Under his leadership, the IBA became a leader of the banking system in the region through the implementation of the country's first ATMs and credit cards.  From 2001 to 2003 - Chief Executive Officer, First Vice President of IBG NIKoil.  From 2003 to 2006 – President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Bank UralSib. Headed the process of transformation of medium-sized Russian bank into one of the leaders of the Russian banking system, with more than 500 branches in 95 cities. In 2006 created United Capital Investment Group, also was a member of the Supervisory Board of Silkroutefinancial Ltd., London. United Capital Investment Group held a number of major transactions, including the sale of confectionery manufacturing company Korkunov, mobile phone retailer Euroset, and implemented a number of projects in the CIS countries in the field of essential commodities of mass demand and consumption. From 2012 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of UralSib Asset Management Company and Chief Executive Officer of OJSC ZNAK. In 2012 г. was elected to the Board of Directors of UralSib Financial Corporation.


 

Gennadiy Stanislavovich Sakharov, member of the Board of Directors

Mr. G.S. Sakharov is a Director for Capital Investments, State Construction Supervision and State Expert Review of Russian ‘Rosatom’ State Corporation, a business analyst and Ph.D in Economics. His practical activity is related to implementation of the capital investment plan; investment program of Rosatom State Corporation and its constituent organizations; efficient oversight over quality and well-timed construction of the Russian-design NPPs built both in Russia and abroad.

In 2001 Mr. G.S. Sakharov was appointed as a Deputy Director of the Capital Construction Directorate at Kalininskaya NPP. In 2007 he headed the Managing Investment Programs Department of FGUP Concern Rosenergoatom, and then joined Atomenergoprom Open Joint-Stock Company to run the office of the Director of the Department on Managing Capital Investment Programs. Since 2010 Mr. G.S. Sakharov is a Director for Capital Investments of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation; since 2012 he supervises activities of the «Industry Center of Capital Construction» of Rosatom State Corporation. In 2013 he ran the ‘Rosatom’s’ Corporate Department ‘Construction of nuclear industry facilities’ in the Moscow State Civil Engineering University. Since 2014 Mr. G.S. Sakharov is a President of the National Association of Construction – Engineering Consultants. He is a member of the Board of the Builders of Russia Union and Vice-President on Engineering and Cooperation with International Expert Community. Mr. G.S. Sakharov supervises activities of the regional unions of builders in Rostov, Kaluga, Kursk and Voronezh regions (Russia).



Hasan Cuneyd Zapsu, member of the Board of Directors

High Degree in Economics H. Cuneyd Zapsu got in the Management Department of the Istanbul University and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. In 1977 he headed and became a member of the Board of ‘Azizler Holding’ family-owned company. In 2001 he became a co-founder of the Justice and Development Party of Turkey. Until 2008 H. Cuneyd Zapsu was a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Justice and Development Party. In 2008 he set up a consulting company dealing with international investments and management, ‘Cuneyd Zapsu Danışmanlık A.Ş.’ At the same time he was a Chair of the Istanbul Exporters Nut Products Association, member of YASED, member of the High Consulting Counsel of TESEV, co-founder and co-chair of FTG, co-founder and co-chair of the World Nut Products Counsel – New Jersey, member of the Board of International Counsel on Nuts and Dried Fruits, currently he is a member of the Executive Committee of this organization. From 1986 H. Cuneyd Zapsu is a member of the Turkish Industrialists Association (TUSİAD), member of the Board of the Counsel for Foreign Economic Relations (DEİK), member of the Executive Committee in the Turkish-German Business Counsel, Deputy Chair of the Turkish-American Business Counsel. He is holding office in public organizations, namely, he is a member of the Advisory Counsel of Istanbul University Alumni Association, a member of the Supervisory Body of the International Anatolian University, member of the Board of the Association of German Lyceum Association, Deputy Chair of Political and Social and Democratic Activities (PODEM), founder and member of the Supervisory Counsel of the ‘Young Life’ Foundation (GHV), Senior Advisor of the World Economic Forum (WEF).



Yekaterina Viktorovna Lyakhova, member of the Board of Directors

Ms. Y.V. Lyakhova graduated from the Department of Judge and Prosecutor Activity of the Ural State Law Academy (city of Yekaterinburg) with a degree in ‘Jurisprudence’. In 2003 she graduated from the High School of Business of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MBA) and Universiteit Antwerpen Management School (EMBA). From 1995 through 2000 Ms. Y.V. Lyakhova worked in UrCon legal consulting firm (city of Yekaterinburg), where she careered from a specialist up to the Head of the Financial and Privatization Legislation Office. In 2000 Ms. Y.V. Lyakhova headed the Legal Department of RENOVA Group of Companies (city of Moscow). In 2006 she occupied the office of the Head of the representative office of ‘Renova Project Limited’. In 2008-2009 she was a Director General of Koltsovo-Invest JSC (Management Company of Koltsovo Airport, city of Yekaterinburg). In 2010 Ms. Y.V. Lyakhova joined the management of TVEL JSC (a company of Rosatom SC) as a Vice-President for corporate governance. Since 2011 she is a Director for Investments Management and Operational Efficiency of Rosatom State Corporation, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom JSC.

 

 


 

Alexey Gennadievich Zhukov, member of the Board of Directors

First Deputy CEO – the Rosenergoatom Concern Affiliate Capital Projects Director. He has a degree in technical sciences (Ph.D in Technical Sciences). Alexey G. Zhukov worked in the Directorate for the Construction of the Khmelnitskaya nuclear power plant from 1986 to 1993; he overcame his career path from locksmith for equipment repair in the centralized repair workshop up to a Leading Engineer of reactor control. Since 1993 he worked at the Balakovo NPP as a Leading Engineer of reactor control, then as a Chief of reactor shop shift. In 1999 he began to work at the Rostov nuclear power plant (until 2010 - the Volgodonsk NPP) as a Deputy Chief of the reactor shop; In 2002 years Alexey G. Zhukov was transferred to the position of the Head of the reactor department of the Rostov nuclear power plant; in 2006 he was transferred to the position of the Deputy Chief Engineer for operation, since 2012 he served as the Chief Engineer at the Rostov NPP. Alexey G. Zhukov was appointed the Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Director for Production and Operation of NPPs at the JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom" in 2015. Since August 2016 Alexey G. Zhukov is the First Deputy CEO – the Rosenergoatom Concern Affiliate Capital Projects Director.

 

 


 

Henri Eduard Proglio

Henri Eduard Proglio graduated from Ecole des Haute Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. He joined Compagnie Générale des Eaux in 1972 and in 1990 was appointed a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the merged CGEA. In 1999 he became a Vice-President of Vivendi Universal and a Chairman and CEO of Vivendi Water. He filled the post of the Chair of the Management Board of Veolia Environment in 2000; from 2003 through 2009 Henri E. Proglio was its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 2009 until 2014 he was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EDF. Since 2014 he is an Honorary President of EDF. Currently he is a member of the Board of Directors of NATIXIS and Independent External Director of Fomento de Consctrucciones y Contratas (FCC). Since September 2017 Henri E. Proglio is a Director of Atalian.
